Features
Paginated breeding plan list with selective year loading The breeding plan list now loads data page‑by‑page and only fetches plans for the years you have selected, reducing load time and improving performance when viewing a single season.
In‑app help panel with contextual docs and live chat A new help side panel displays context‑specific documentation generated from help anchors and includes a Chatwoot live‑support chat, giving users instant answers without leaving the app.
Drag‑and‑drop activities with mouse and touch across all views Activities can be dragged and dropped using a mouse or touch gestures in the calendar, facilities Gantt, and action list, with immediate visual feedback and haptic cues on mobile.
Native‑style page transitions on mobile Opening and closing drill‑down pages on mobile now slides in and out like native iOS/Android apps, providing smoother navigation.
Modals appear as bottom sheets on mobile Modal dialogs now slide up from the bottom of the screen on mobile, mimicking native sheet behavior and improving usability.
Close mobile sheets by dragging down or Android back button Bottom sheets can be dismissed by a downward swipe or by pressing the Android back button, matching native app expectations.
Mobile app gains haptic feedback, status‑bar tap scroll, tab‑re‑tap to top, and disables long‑press text selection Toggles and pull‑to‑refresh now trigger subtle haptics, tapping the iOS status bar or active tab scrolls to the top, and long‑presses no longer select text, making the app feel more native.
Rename ‘List’ to ‘Action list’ and reorder mobile tab bar The ‘List’ section is now called ‘Action list’, and the mobile tab bar order has been updated to Horses → Action list → Contacts → Reservations.
Show task assignee initials in calendar and retain assignee when editing Tasks now display the assigned person’s initials in the calendar view, and the assignee is preserved when editing the task description.
Fixes
Feed type dropdown now shows only active types When adding a new feed, the dropdown only lists feed types that are active, preventing accidental selection of deactivated types while still preserving existing deactivated types on edit.
RVO import error now lists horses missing UELN If an RVO import fails because of missing UELN numbers, the error dialog now shows the affected horses, making it easier to locate and correct the data.
Contact date of birth can now be edited The edit contact form now includes an editable date‑of‑birth field, allowing updates to this information directly.
Work schedule view now fits on mobile screens The availability schedule layout has been adjusted so it displays correctly on smaller devices, eliminating horizontal scrolling.
EquiBoard clock always shows organization timezone The clock on the EquiBoard now uses the organization’s configured timezone, ensuring the displayed time is correct regardless of the device’s local timezone.
S3 delete endpoint now restricts deletions to the object's folder Deleting files via the edge function now verifies that the file key belongs to the folder of the object whose access was checked, preventing accidental removal of unrelated files.
Horse owner form now validates against writable schema Form validation for horse owners now uses the writable schema, fixing the error that prevented saving owners.
Clear error messages for unsupported and RAW file uploads Uploading unsupported file types or RAW photos now shows user‑friendly messages that explain why the file cannot be uploaded.
Primary assignee retained when reassigning activity roles Reassigning a role in an activity now keeps the primary flag, so the activity remains correctly assigned in staff views and calendars.
Website URLs automatically prefixed with https:// When users enter a website without a scheme, the system adds https:// automatically, simplifying data entry.
Number inputs no longer change on mouse wheel scroll Scrolling over a number field now scrolls the page without altering the field’s value.
Folder rename and delete operations for horse files are now atomic Renaming or deleting a folder of horse documents now uses bulk endpoints, ensuring the operation completes entirely or not at all.
Cached list data displayed immediately when navigating back When returning to a list, the app now reads from memory cache synchronously, removing the loading spinner and showing data instantly.
Security
- Node.js patched to fix CVE‑2026‑111497 Brotli vulnerability The application now runs on patched Node.js versions that fix a memory‑corruption bug in the Brotli decoder, protecting against remote code execution.
Docs
- Updated module hints for ‘How it works’ help pages The help documentation now has revised hints for Activities, Facilities, Breeding Stallions, and Financial Administration modules.
