Features
Paginated and year‑filtered breeding plan list The breeding‑plan list now loads data in pages and only requests the years you have selected, reducing load times and data usage. The API calls were also refactored and the semen‑collection station picklist now uses proper query parameters.
In‑app help panel with searchable documentation and live support A new help panel provides context‑aware documentation generated from the app and appears as a floating side sheet on desktop or full‑screen on mobile. It also includes a built‑in Chatwoot chat for instant support and covers all main modules.
Drag‑and‑drop activities work with mouse and touch across calendar, facilities and list Activities can now be moved by dragging with a mouse or by touch on iOS and Android, in the calendar view, facilities Gantt view, and the action list. The UI updates instantly and provides haptic feedback on supported devices.
Native‑like page transitions on mobile Drill‑down pages now slide in from the right and slide out when navigating back, mimicking native iOS and Android navigation for a smoother mobile experience.
Modals appear as bottom sheets on mobile All modal dialogs now open as sliding bottom sheets on mobile devices, with rounded corners and a grab bar for a native‑like appearance, while desktop layouts remain unchanged.
Close mobile sheets by dragging down or Android back button Bottom‑sheet modals can now be dismissed by a downward swipe or by pressing the Android back button, making it easier to close dialogs on mobile.
Mobile UI refinements: haptics, status‑bar tap, tab re‑tap, and no text selection The mobile app now provides haptic feedback on toggles and pull‑to‑refresh, lets users tap the status bar or active tab to scroll to the top, and disables text selection on long press for a more native feel.
‘List’ renamed to ‘Action list’ and mobile tab order reordered The menu now labels the action list correctly and the mobile tab bar order has been changed to Horses, Action list, Contacts, Reservations for easier navigation.
Fixes
Feed type selector now shows only active feed types when adding a feed When creating a new feed, the dropdown lists only active feed types, preventing the selection of deactivated types. Existing feeds that use a disabled type remain visible but are marked as disabled.
RVO import now lists horses missing UELN in error messages If an RVO import fails because some horses lack a UELN, the error now includes a list of those horses so users can quickly identify and fix the missing identifiers.
Contact date of birth can now be edited The contact details screen now includes an editable date‑of‑birth field, allowing users to update this information directly.
Work schedule now fits mobile screens The work schedule view has been rearranged so the availability screen displays correctly on small mobile screens.
EquiBoard clock respects organisation timezone The clock on the EquiBoard now shows the correct time based on the organisation’s configured timezone, independent of the device’s timezone.
Horse owner form now validates against writable schema The horse owner form now validates against the writable schema, so adding or editing an owner no longer fails due to read‑only fields.
Clear messages for unsupported and RAW file uploads Uploading unsupported file types or RAW photos now shows a clear error message explaining the issue and suggesting alternatives, instead of a raw API error.
Reassigning an activity retains its primary assignee Reassigning a contact in an activity now keeps the primary flag, so the activity remains correctly assigned in staff views and calendars.
Multiple bug fixes across user invitations, horse groups, breeding filters, invoicing, and order filtering This release resolves several issues: company contacts are no longer offered when inviting users, horses without a stable now show their group, carrier mares are correctly matched in breeding filters, invoice item types are filtered properly, and semen‑collection stations can be filtered by UID in orders.
Website URLs automatically prefixed with https:// The website field now automatically adds https:// if the scheme is missing, allowing users to save URLs without typing the protocol.
Number inputs no longer change value on mouse wheel scroll Scrolling over a focused numeric field now scrolls the page instead of changing the field’s value, preventing accidental data entry errors.
Folder rename and delete operations are now atomic Renaming or deleting a folder of horse documents now uses bulk API endpoints, ensuring the operation succeeds entirely or fails without leaving a partially changed folder.
Task assignee retained when editing and shown in calendar When editing a task, the assigned contact stays selected, and tasks now display the assignee’s initials in the calendar view for clearer responsibility visibility.
Cached list data displayed instantly when navigating back The list view now checks an in‑memory cache first and shows previously loaded data instantly when navigating back, eliminating the loading spinner and improving perceived performance.
Security
S3 delete endpoint now restricts deletions to the correct folder The S3 delete endpoint now verifies that the file key belongs to the same folder as the object whose access was checked, preventing accidental removal of unrelated files.
Node.js updated to patched versions to fix Brotli RCE vulnerability Node.js has been upgraded to versions that patch CVE‑2026‑111497, securing the edge server’s image‑resize endpoint against a critical Brotli remote code execution vulnerability.

Other
