Action list

The Action list page shows all activities scheduled for the selected day, letting you filter, group and edit them.

What's on this page

  • Group by: choose how activities are grouped – None (by day), Animal (by horse), Staff (by employee) or Activity type.
  • Hide empty groups: when enabled, groups with no activities are not shown (only appears when a grouping other than None is selected).
  • Assignee: toggle For me to see only activities assigned to you.
  • Show finished: toggle to display completed activities; this control is hidden in the Overdue view.
  • Sort by: appears when Group by is set to Animal; choose Name or Box number to order horses.
  • Stable filter: shown only if your organisation has more than one stable; limits activities to the selected stable(s).
  • Add button: creates a new activity for the currently selected date; the activity editor opens for you to fill in details.
  • Date navigator: use the arrows or calendar to move to another day or switch to the Overdue view.
  • Sidebar: when a grouping is active, you can drag activity types onto horses or staff members to quickly plan a new activity.

Common tasks

Plan a farrier visit for a horse

  1. Choose Group by → Animal (or Staff if you prefer staff tiles).
  2. In the sidebar, select the Farrier activity type and drag it onto the horse’s row (when grouped by Staff, drag the horse onto the staff member instead).
  3. The activity editor opens; confirm date/time and press Save.

Reassign an activity to another horse or staff member

  1. Locate the activity row you want to move.
  2. Drag the row onto the target horse (if grouped by Animal) or onto the target staff member (if grouped by Staff).
  3. The activity is moved and the list refreshes automatically.

Mark an activity as done

  1. Click the activity row to open the floating action panel.
  2. Choose Mark as done (or Report and finalize for care activities).
  3. The activity disappears if Show finished is off, or stays with a finished badge when it’s on.

Good to know

  • Hide empty groups is only available when a grouping other than None is selected; unchecking it lets you see empty stables, contacts or activity types.
  • The Show finished toggle does not appear in the Overdue view because finished items never show there.
  • The Stable filter disappears when your organisation uses only one stable.
  • Dragging a horse onto a staff member works only after you have selected an activity type in the sidebar; otherwise a warning is shown.

Activity

Use this dialog to add or edit an activity, reservation, message or task and assign horses, contacts and details in a single step.

Activity

  • Choose the activity kind from the Activity dropdown; the form then shows only the relevant fields.

Horses

  • Select one or more horses; use Add another horse to add more.
  • For a mare cycle check you can also set Box number when breeding boxes are configured.

Facility reservation

  • Choose a Facility, a free Box (warning if none are free) and optionally a Horse; set Start time and End time (read‑only for TransPas) and add an Internal note (staff‑only).

Message / task

  • Pick the Stable (or All stables) and optionally an Assigned to contact and a Title; write the Message or Task and choose a Color.
  • Attach files in the Files section (available when file upload is enabled).

After saving

  • The entry is saved and the list, calendar and horse pages refresh instantly.
