Company access
Company access shows which companies a user can work with and which they cannot.
Reading the Company access
- Accessible companies: the companies the user can see. If none, the tile displays No company access.
- Inaccessible companies: the companies the user cannot see. If none, the tile displays None.
Change the user's company access
- Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the tile.
- In the Update company access dialog, tick the checkboxes of the companies you want the user to have access to, and clear the ones you want to hide.
- Press Save to apply the changes, or Cancel to discard them.
Good to know
- The tile appears only when your organisation has at least one company defined.
- You need the rights to edit users to see the Edit button and modify access.
- The lists are built from the companies set up for the currently selected organisation.
Update company access
This dialog lets you set which companies the selected user can view and use in the app.
Enable company access
Check the boxes of the companies you want the user to have access to; un‑checked companies will not appear for that user.
After saving
- The changes are saved and the dialog closes.
- The Company access tile refreshes, showing the updated lists of Accessible and Inaccessible companies.
- The user’s view of orders, invoices, etc., will reflect the new company access immediately.
