RVO report list

This page (only for stables in the Netherlands) lists horse arrivals and departures that have not yet been reported to the RVO, so you can see which location changes still need reporting.

What's on this page

  • Search: filter the list by horse name, chip number, nickname or other identifiers.
  • Stable: (shown only when you have more than one stable) tap the button with your stable name(s) to limit the list to those stables.
  • Table: each row shows a location change with columns Horse, Type, Location, Date, Days left. The first column shows a map‑pin icon. The Days left column includes an info icon that explains the reporting deadline.
  • Report button: opens the Report to RVO form to submit the change to the RVO.
  • More options (three‑dot) button: opens a menu where you can tap Remove to delete that report.
  • Remove reports button (top of the page): enables selection mode so you can tick multiple rows.
  • Delete button (appears in selection mode): deletes the selected reports after confirmation.

Common tasks

Report a horse location change to RVO

  1. Find the horse using Search or the Stable filter if needed.
  2. Tap the Report button in that row (opens the Report to RVO form).
  3. Follow the steps in the pop‑up and confirm to send the report.

Delete a single RVO report

  1. Click the three‑dot More options button in the row.
  2. Choose Remove from the menu.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.

Remove several reports at once

  1. Tap Remove reports at the top of the page.
  2. Select the rows you want to delete using the checkboxes.
  3. Press the Delete button that appears and confirm.

Good to know

  • The Days left number counts down automatically; when it reaches 0 you must report today.
  • If the location is already known to the RVO, the Report button will only mark the change as reported in EquineM.
  • Deleting a report does not relieve you of the duty to report the horse manually if required.
  • The Remove reports button and the Delete action are only visible if you have permission to manage RVO reports; otherwise you’ll see a forbidden page.

Report to RVO

Use this dialog to report the horse’s location or status change to the RVO.

Departure or export

  • Choose Departure if the horse leaves the country, or Export if it is exported (RVO charges a fee). (only shown when the horse is departing to a non‑Netherlands location)

Import dates

  • Pick an import date; EquineM will adjust the horse’s arrival date to match RVO. Optional. (only shown when RVO reports a different import date)

Arrival dates

  • Pick an arrival date; EquineM will adjust the horse’s arrival date accordingly. Optional. (only shown when RVO reports a different arrival date)

After saving

  • A green success message appears; the location is marked as reported, the RVO report count updates, and you can close the dialog.
  • If the location was already reported, clicking Report only marks it as reported without sending a new report.
