Recurring services

Shows the recurring services attached to the selected horse, including the service name, period, price and active status.

Reading the Recurring services

• Gear icon: click the row (or the icon) to open the service contract detail page.
• Service: name of the product that defines the recurring service.
• Period: start date – end date of the contract; "n/a" means the service runs indefinitely.
• Price: fixed amount (in the horse’s currency). If the product has a usage span, a "per …" note appears after the amount.
• Active / Inactive badge: a green badge labelled Active means the service is currently active; a gray badge labelled Inactive means it is not.

Add a recurring service

1. Click Add (plus icon) at the top‑right of the tile.
2. In the modal, choose a Service, set a Start date, optionally set an End date, adjust the Price (pre‑filled from the service) and add a Comment if needed.
3. Click Save to create the service; it will appear in the list.

Open an existing recurring service

1. Click any row (gear icon, service name, dates or price) to open the service contract detail page.
2. On that page you can view or edit the service; the Service cannot be changed once the service is active.

Good to know

• The tile is only shown when you have the rights to manage the financial administration.
• An empty end date is displayed as "n/a", meaning the service continues indefinitely.
• The price may include a "per …" note when the service’s product defines a usage span (e.g., per month).
