Planning

Use this page to see all planned activities over days or weeks and to create or adjust activities for horses, staff members or stables.

What's on this page

• Add button: opens the editor to create a new activity or reservation.
• Today button: returns to the current day.
• ← and → arrow buttons: move the calendar left or right by one period.
• Date selector (the date shown in the toolbar): tap to open a calendar and choose another day.
• Stable filter button (only if you have more than one stable): select which stable(s) to show.
• Filter controls (Group by, View type, Time scale, Activity type): change how activities are grouped and which time range is displayed.
• Calendar grid: shows the chosen days across the top and activity blocks in time slots for each group; daily notes appear below the column headers.
• Day‑view group‑by header (only in Day view): shows the name of each group above the time column.
• Activity editor: appears when you tap an activity block or Add; edit details, change date/time, assign horses or staff, and save.

Common tasks

Add a new activity or reservation

1. Tap the Add button in the toolbar.
2. Fill in the details (date, time, horse, staff, activity type, etc.) in the editor.
3. Tap Save.

Move an existing activity

1. Tap the activity block in the calendar.
2. In the editor change the date, time or assigned horse/stable, or drag the block to a new slot (drag‑and‑drop works in horse and staff calendars).
3. Tap Save.

Filter the view

1. Use the filter controls (Group by, View type, Time scale, Activity type, Stable filter) in the toolbar.
2. Choose the options you need.
3. The calendar updates automatically.

Good to know

• Drag‑and‑drop works only in the horse and staff calendars; in the stable calendar you must edit an activity to move it.
• The Add button creates the activity at the current time; you can change the date later in the editor.
• The stable filter appears only when your organisation has more than one stable, and your filter selections are saved for the next time you open the page.
• On small screens the Add button opens a compact form; tap More options and then Select horses and dates to plan several horses at once.
