Location history

This page shows a chronological list of every arrival and departure of your horses. Use it to check where a horse has been, edit dates, or manage RVO reporting.

What's on this page

  • RVO report list button: opens the list of RVO moves that still need to be reported; only shown when you have contacts authorised for RVO and there are pending reports.
  • Stable filter: choose one or more stables to limit the displayed history; hidden if you have only one stable.
  • Search: type a horse name, owner or other keywords to quickly find a horse; works together with the stable filter. On mobile it appears as a button that opens a dialog; on larger screens it is a search bar.
  • Location history table: shows Arrival, Departure, Horse, and Location for each move; a green date means the move has already been reported to RVO; the three‑dot (⋮) menu on the right offers Edit and Remove actions; an i icon appears when a move has an RVO report and opens its details.

Common tasks

See when a horse arrived or left a location

  1. Use Search or the Stable filter to find the horse in the list.
  2. Look at the Arrival and Departure columns; a green date indicates the move is already reported to RVO.

Change an arrival or departure date

  1. Click the three‑dot (⋮) menu on the row and choose Edit.
  2. In the pop‑up, adjust the Arrival date and/or Departure date, then press Save.
  3. The table updates with the new dates.

Delete an incorrect entry

  1. Click the three‑dot (⋮) menu and select Remove.
  2. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
  3. The entry disappears from the list.

Good to know

  • The RVO report list button and the alert only appear when there are pending RVO reports and you have contacts with RVO authorisation.
  • The Stable filter button is hidden if you only have one stable.
  • You need the proper permission to view this page; otherwise a forbidden notice is shown.
  • The i icon next to a date appears only when that move has an RVO report; tapping it shows the report details.
