Your Equinem subscription

This page lets you view the subscription you have with EquineM, the modules you can use, your RvO credits, billing information and how to change or cancel them.

What's on this page

• Current subscription: overview of the plan, active modules, horse usage, additional modules and the total monthly cost.
• Billing details: the contact information used for invoicing; click the link to edit.
• RvO Credits: (shown only for Dutch organisations) shows how many credits you have and lets you purchase more.
• Cancel subscription: (shown only if you have a paid subscription and are not in trial) lets you cancel; you keep access until the current billing period ends.
• Update payment method: lets you securely change your bank account or payment provider.

Common tasks

Add an additional module

1. In the Current subscription tile, scroll to the Additional modules list and find a module marked Not chosen.
2. Click the module row (or the add icon) to open the save plan dialog.
3. In the dialog, click Update to add the module to your subscription.

Edit your billing details

1. In the Billing details tile, click the link here.
2. On the contact details page, edit the name, phone, address, etc., and save.
3. Return to the subscription page; the updated information is shown automatically.

Cancel your subscription

1. In the Cancel subscription tile, click the Cancel subscription button.
2. Confirm the cancellation in the modal that appears.
3. Your subscription will be cancelled; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Good to know

• The RvO Credits tile appears only when your organisation’s primary company is registered in the Netherlands.
• The Cancel subscription tile is hidden while you are in a free trial or on a free plan.
• Billing details are taken from the organisation’s contact; you edit them on the contact details page, not directly here.
• Monthly totals are shown excl. VAT (except for the free plan); VAT is displayed separately when applicable.
