Medical documents

Shows the horse’s private medical files (vet reports, vaccination certificates) in folders.

Reading the Medical documents

• Files: the list of uploaded files and folders in the current folder.
• Breadcrumb: the path to the current folder, starting with Files.
• List view / Tile view: switch between a list (columns Name, Description, Date added, Related activity) and a grid of icons.
• Sort by: choose Name or Date added to order items.
• File actions: three‑dot menu on a file with Download, Share, Edit, Move to folder, Remove.
• Folder actions: three‑dot menu on a folder with Rename folder, Move to folder, Remove.

Upload a medical document

1. Click Create or upload → Upload files, or drag the file onto the Drag files here area.
2. Confirm in the dialog; the document appears in the list.

Create a folder

1. Click Create or upload → New folder.
2. Enter a name and press Create; the folder appears.

View, download or share a document

1. Click the file Name (or Open) to preview it.
2. Use the File actions menu to Download, Share, or Edit.

Move or rename a folder

1. Open the folder’s Folder actions menu.
2. Choose Move to folder to relocate, or Rename folder to give a new name.

Good to know

• The tile is visible only when a horse is selected and you have rights to view medical files.
• All uploaded files are private; only users with the same rights can see them.
• You need upload rights to add files or create folders.
